We want you to love your purchase, and if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of purchase.

Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is received and processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.

To start a return, you can contact us at Anirasjewels@gmail.com. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted (Items in their original condition, free of any signs of wear) The same account will be credited.

It's important to show it some love. Here are some simple tips on taking care of your pieces and keeping your jewelry in excellent condition. It is completely normal and natural for sterling silver to tarnish, to slow down the process, remove your jewelry before showering and intense workouts as moisture and sweat accelerate oxidation (silver reacts to moisture and chemicals in the air such as sulfur, as it does to chemicals and moisture on our skin from lotions and perfumes). Chemicals like chlorine and salt can damage silver so avoid wearing them while swimming. Silver jewelry remains at its shiny best when kept in a dry, air-tight box or bag. To clean any tarnishing, simply polish with a silver cloth to regain a silver finish. Regular use of a silver cloth removes light tarnish and inhibits re-tarnishing, prolonging the original sparkle of your silver. Note: using a silver cloth may weaken the chain by pulling on the links, so be gentle.
